To clean your child's stuffed animals, pour a cup of baking soda into a large, clean plastic bag. Place the toys into the bag and shake. Remove the toys and shake them over the garbage can to remove the remaining powder. Vacuum if necessary.
Clean solid plastic toys with three (3) tablespoons of baking soda dissolved into a quart of warm water. Dip a sponge into the solution and rub it over the toys. Use a clean damp cloth to rinse.
